FUELLING CORNWALL

We make over 2,000 Cornish pasties every day, by hand, and thousands of sandwiches each week at our Pool HQ (not that we’re not bragging). Everything is made every morning (from 5.30am) before being whisked to our shops for our customers’ breakfasts, and to Cornwall’s offices and factories for mid-morning break and lunch. Here’s what we make.

PASTIES

Every day we make and bake proper Cornish pasties with all the love and care they deserve. We’re a family business using a family recipe to create pasties we’re proud of.

All our pasties are also available frozen for the convenience to bake at home.

Gluten Free Pasties are supplied by Maid Marion and baked on order (please order before 12.00).
