Pool

Our Pool pasty shop cannot be missed against the backdrop of a large mine engine house, next to Mac Salvors the local hardware store. Pool shop was the fifth that we opened and being an old bank, it meant it was in a great location between the towns of Camborne and Redruth. This shop is a great spot for working people to grab lunch on the go as they are fetching their supplies from the commercial stores nearby but also, convenient for those who are nipping out for a tasty pasty or grabbing a picnic and heading to one of the many local walks.

The Pool pasty team are feeders! So be warned, you may just pop in for a pasty, but it won’t be long before they are tempting you with coffee and cake or a little bit of chocolate to go with your cuppa tea!

Pool is central for places such as Tehidy Woods, Heartlands Heritage Centre and Carn Brea with its Castle and Monument. Lots of our customers from this area enjoy their pasty on a scenic walk or during the summer head to the nearby Portreath beach for an afternoon of sun, sea and pasty crumbs!!
