Gift Card Validity

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, once a gift card has expired, any remaining balance cannot be redeemed or reinstated.

Using Your Gift Card

Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for food and drink purchases at participating The Cornish Oven locations. If your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used on future visits until the expiry date. If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift Card Balances

If you’d like to check the balance on your gift card, simply ask a member of our team in store.

Refunds and Cash Alternatives

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or returned, except where required by law.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

Please look after your gift card as you would cash. The Cornish Oven cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards, and replacement cards may not be issued.

Misuse and Fraud

The Cornish Oven reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw a gift card if we reasonably believe it has been obtained, used, or redeemed fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.

Your Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
