The original traditional Cornish pasty! Gravy infused vegetables and prime beef skirt in our family short crust recipe.
Ingredients:
Flour (wheat flour calcium iron vitamin b3 vitamin b1, may also contain soya), salt, pastry margarine – [palm oil rapeseed oil water salt emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids colours (annatto curcumin)], Cake Margarine [vegetable oils (palm rapeseed) water salt emulsifier polyglycerol esters of fatty acids colours (curcumin annatto)] flavouring, Lard (pork fat), Water, Potato, Swede, Onion, Beef Skirt, Salt and Black Pepper, Glaze – [water vegetable oil modified starch dextrose emulsifiers; (sunflower lecithin mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids) vegetable protein milk proteins acidity regulator (trisodium phosphate) colour (beta-carotene)]
