One Cornish Oven shop was never going to be enough for Penzance, the town where the boss grew up. This is where he went to school and where he got up to no good on Saturday night. On one such Saturday, he met the future Mrs, at the Meadery, two days before opening his first shop. She thought, if Poldark was alive today, he’d probably be making pasties!
